Refunds or Replacement Items

  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • A photo of the item in question

Once we review your request, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, you can choose between:

  1. A refund to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card company to process, or
  2. A replacement item sent to you at no additional cost.
