Order Processing and Shipping Schedule

Standard Orders:
- Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 1-4 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) will begin processing on the following Monday.

Custom Orders:
- Custom orders require additional time for preparation and will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- We will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as your custom order ships.
Shipping and Local Delivery Optiond
We strive to use the fastest and most reliable shipping methods available. Based on the best rates and availability, we use the following carriers:
- Domestic Shipping: USPS, UPS, and FedEx (3-7 business days after processing)
- International Shipping: DHL (7-21 business days after processing)

Local Delivery: Available for eligible customers within our local area.
Please note: Shipping times may be extended during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen carrier delays.
You will receive an order confirmation and tracking number via email once your order is processed.
Handling Fee for Large Orders
A flat $50 processing and handling fee will apply to orders exceeding 20 lbs. This fee covers additional handling, packaging, and preparation required for larger shipments. It will be automatically applied at checkout.
Order Discrepancies or Missing Packages
If you notice any issues with your order—such as missing, incorrect, or damaged items—or if your package has not arrived, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thetruthscentco@gmail.com
